- 4 lemons cut into quarters
- 1 lb hulled strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar (cane sugar or honey)
- 6 c water
- Add the lemons, strawberries, sweetener and 2 cups of water to the blender. Blend until very smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a strainer, then strain the additional 4 cups of water through the pulp.
