Whole Wheat Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs (or 1/2 cup egg beaters)
  • 1 ¾ cup So Delicious coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • ¼ cup cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a mixer and combine.
  2. Scoop onto preheated waffle iron and cook 3-6 minutes.
