This isn’t really a recipe, it’s more like a suggestion.
- 2 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 4 bell peppers, diced (I used one of each red, yellow, orange & green)
- 2 cans of beans, drained (I used black and pinto)
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2-3 cups tomatoes, diced
- salt & pepper to taste
- Brown the ground turkey with the minced garlic. Drain any excess liquid.
- In a large crock pot combine the turkey, peppers, beans, onion and tomatoes.
- Cook 8 hours on low.
