Making a Flax Egg
I was doing my usual cooking on a Sunday and ran out of eggs! I needed one for bread and one for turkey burgers. I had read about a “flax egg” several times while searching for recipes online but never tried it. With the high temps in North Dakota being in the single digits I didn’t want to run to the store, so now was a great time to try a flax egg.
