Turkey Burgers


  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
  • 3 Tbsp seasoned bread crumbs (I used croutons that I put through a food processor)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and then form 4 oz patties.

turkey burger1After I form the patties I put them between sheets of cabinet wax paper and freeze the extras for future use.
