- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used cheddar)
- 3 Tbsp seasoned bread crumbs (I used croutons that I put through a food processor)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and then form 4 oz patties.
