Breakfast Sandwich

You’ll hear “I got this at Sam’s Club” a lot from me. That’s where I do 90% of my grocery shopping. People are usually shocked to find that out–why can’t they have healthy foods? You just need to avoid the junk, and it’s a great place to shop! And in this case, everything but the homemade tofu mayo is purchased at Sam’s Club 🙂

What you’ll need:

  • butter (for toasting the sandwich)
  • canadian bacon (or ham, bacon or some sort of meat)
  • egg
  • cheese
  • bread
  • mayo (optional)

First I cook the canadian bacon a little bit.

Next I butter the bread for toasting.

This is my pre-cooked egg. I’ll go over this later. If you don’t have one, it’s just an egg fried with salt and pepper.

After the canadian bacon is warmed I use the same pan to make my sandwich.

I like mayo on my sandwich, so I add some at the end. This is tofu mayo that I’ve made! That recipe will also be posted later.
